2. ELIGIBILITY2.1 Age RequirementsYou must be at least 13 years old to use BloxIT. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.2.2 Account RequirementsYou must have a valid Roblox account to register and use BloxIT. By linking your Roblox account via OAuth, you authorize us to access your Roblox ID, username, display name, and avatar URL.2.3 Prohibited UsersYou may not use BloxIT if:
  • You have been previously banned from the platform or the game
  • You are prohibited by law from accessing our Services
  • Your Roblox account has been terminated or banned
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY3.1 Account CreationYou create an account by logging in via Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account.3.2 Account IntegrityYou agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Not share, sell, or transfer your account to others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.3 Account TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, cheating, harassment, or other conduct we deem harmful to the platform or community.
4. USE OF SERVICES4.1 Permitted UseBloxIT provides competitive 5v5 matchmaking services for Roblox games. You may use our Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.4.2 Prohibited ConductYou agree NOT to:
  • Cheat, hack, or use exploits in any matches
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Engage in match-fixing, account boosting, or intentional losing
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4.3 ConsequencesViolations may result in:
  • Warnings
  • Match forfeits
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Loss of rankings, statistics, or rewards
  • Legal action where appropriate
5. MATCHMAKING AND COMPETITION5.1 Fair PlayAll users must compete fairly. We employ anti-cheat measures and may investigate suspicious activity. Decisions regarding rule violations are at our sole discretion.5.2 Match ResultsMatch results are recorded automatically and are considered final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error or cheating. Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of match completion.5.3 Rankings and StatisticsRankings, statistics, and leaderboards are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or remove rankings at any time.5.4 Match AbandonmentLeaving matches early or failing to participate may result in penalties, including temporary bans and ranking adjustments.
6. PAYMENTS AND FEES6.1 Paid FeaturesCertain features, tournaments, or services may require payment (e.g., entry fees, premium subscriptions). All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.6.2 Payment ProcessingPayments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.6.3 RefundsAll sales are final unless required by law. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or service outages.6.4 Virtual ItemsAny virtual items, coins, or rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are for use within BloxIT only.
7. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS7.1 Chat and MessagesYou are responsible for all content you share via chat or messages. We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms.7.2 Content OwnershipYou retain ownership of any content you submit but grant BloxIT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Services.7.3 Inappropriate ContentWe prohibit content that is:
  • Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
  • Sexually explicit or suggestive
  • Violent or threatening
  • Spam or commercial solicitation
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY8.1 BloxIT RightsAll content, features, functionality, and materials on BloxIT (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code) are owned by BloxIT or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.8.2 Limited LicenseWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without permission
8.3 RobloxBloxIT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESBloxIT may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Roblox, Stripe, Discord). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY10.1 Service AvailabilityWe strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.10.2 No GuaranteesWe do not guarantee:
  • Match quality or player skill levels
  • Accuracy of rankings or statistics
  • Availability of specific features
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
10.3 Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxIT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
  • Actions of other users
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BloxIT in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.10.4 IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloxIT from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Services
  • Your content or conduct
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
11. PRIVACY AND DATAYour use of BloxIT is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://bloxit.net/. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMSWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Notify users via email or in-app notification for material changes
Your continued use of BloxIT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. TERMINATION13.1 By YouYou may stop using BloxIT at any time. To delete your account, contact us at bloxitofficial@gmail.com.13.2 By UsWe may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We cease operating the Services
13.3 Effect of TerminationUpon termination:
  • Your right to use the Services ends immediately
  • You may lose access to your account, statistics, and any virtual items
  • Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION14.1 Informal ResolutionIf you have a dispute, please contact us at bloxitofficial@gmail.com to attempt to resolve it informally.14.2 Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.14.3 ArbitrationAny disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BloxIT shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.14.4 ExceptionsEither party may bring a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS15.1 Entire AgreementThese Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BloxIT.15.2 SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.15.3 WaiverOur failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.15.4 AssignmentYou may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.15.5 Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet outages).
